Good news and brilliant news at myhrtoolkit HQ
We have had some good news and some brilliant news here at myhrtoolkit!
Yura, myhrtoolkit’s Accounts Administrator has temporarily left us to have our first ever Toolkit baby! We wish her the best of luck and cannot wait to meet the tiny tot! And while Yura enjoys her maternity leave, we welcome Melanie, joining us to continue Yura’s sterling work.
Melanie has been in customer service for the past 20 years and is herself a busy mum of 4! So if you have heard a different voice on the phone or seen a different name at the bottom of an email – now you know why!
‘’I love speaking to customers and get great satisfaction out of solving & helping with problems or queries.’’ says Melanie. Melanie has already made herself at home at Toolkit HQ and we expect great things from her!
We also have the addition of Divya, who is taking on the role of Marketing Assistant. Divya comes from a film and media background and is looking to enrich our marketing with films , animations, photographs and more!
